Blueberry Kale & Cashew Crunch Smoothie


Set yourself up for the day with this delicious Blueberry Kale & Cashew Crunch smoothie:

INGREDIENTS

Ice - 1 small handfull

Banana - 1 small

Blueberries - 1 handful

Kale - 1 small handful

Sunflower Seeds - 1 Tbsp

Coconut Milk - 250 ml

Cashew Butter - 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove any hard stalks from the kale.

Add ice to you blender, followed by the other ingredients.

Blend for 15 - 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy!

NOTES

Use carton coconut milk rather than canned coconut milk, which is too thick.
